Browning X Bolt Trigger Options

I’ve got a Timney X Bolt trigger, and it’s great, but I hate losing the bolt lock. For a dedicated bench gun I wouldn’t care, but it bothers me for a PRS or hunting rifle.

I tried the MCarbo spring, and it’s still heavier than I’d like.

Jard looks like the only other option. Have any of you tried it? If so, how did you like it?

Thanks!

I haven’t tried the Jard but it sounds like exactly what you are looking for.

I just installed the timney tonight in mine and don’t have any complaints. The locking bolt is a nice feature but not a deal breaker for me.

I have 2 Xbolts. I put a Timney in one and the MCARBO spring in the other. I can't tell the difference between the two.
