Just picked up a new Browning X Bolt Max Long Range in 300 Win Mag. Shoots great but had a feeding problem with the magazine. First shell would load second was 50%, third was stuck. Sent an email to Browning on Sunday, 10/20, had a response and return authorization on Monday, 10/21. Traveled for work, sent the mag back via USPS Priority Mail on Friday, 10/25. Had the new mag at the house on Wednesday, 10/30. Wow, I was expecting a response and new mag would take several weeks if not longer. Thanks Browning!!!!

So the only issue was with the mag? The new one works just fine???
