Here’s my elk from last year. QAD exodus swept 100 grain. High shoulder at a steep angle from a tree stand.

I killed all my bulls with QAD Exodus Swept 3 blades. Razor sharp blades and excellent penetration with awesome blood trails. Slick Tricks also hit exactly where my field tips do, but I never used them on a bull.

I've been shooting muzzy 3 blade 100gr broadheads since about '06. Still have 5 of the original 6 bodies, just replace the tips/blades. Shot from my 57# 27.5" bow have ran them through 7 elk at ranges from 24 to 56 yards (all pass through) and a pile of deer over the years.

I am not sure how you quantify "the best" broadhead but for the quality and price point for a six pack these days, still a great choice.

What bow are you shooting?

As others have said, slick trick standards, or viper tricks are proven tough and fly perfectly. Montecs used to be loud in flight and not super sharp out of the box. TOTA heads were not bad. I really wanted to shoot the exodus swept last season but they just didn’t fly perfectly… Could be my setup I’m shooting 470ish grain arrows close to 310fps. I’m sure those iron wills are awesome, but at this point I’m done trying new heads because I always come back to slick tricks
