Bread - essential man skill.

Do you fellas have recipes you would be willing to share? Both look awesome.
Those rolls were delicious . It was just a recipe from the cook book that came with our Kitchen Aide mixer , the dough anyway .
Roll out the dough spread a mixture of 1/2 cup brown sugar , 1/4 cup cinnamon , and a stick of melted butter .
Roll it up and cut to size
I made a topping with chopped pecans , cinnamon and caramel , baked till golden brown .

I love fresh bread , anything but sourdough! Yuk !
Taste like an old sock to me !
I make a loaf of bread and a pan of cinnamon rolls at the same time ,
I can’t stand the sour taste of sourdough, but when my wife makes it there’s no old sock taste. It’s got something to do with how you keep the starter, but I don’t know the details.

30 oz all purpose flour or bread flour
2.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast
2 2/3 cup cool water

Mix dry ingredients then mix in water till it forms a sticky ball.
Leave it in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 10-18hrs depending on how warm you house is.
Remove from bowl and fold a few times to shape dough then place in a floured proofing basket for 1-2hrs until risen.

When it has risen preheat dutch oven with lid at 450. Sprinkle corn meal into dutch oven and flip dough from proofing basket into the dutch and bake covered for 40 minutes and uncover and bake for 10-15 more.
