Bolt sticky while hunting or bench shooting? Because my biggest concern is that a case won’t load due some small amount of dust or dirt in the chamber

I’ve had it sticky in both but that is bumping 0.001 or less.

The cause of your issue is oversizing and it results in poor case life and possibly lesser accuracy as well. Personally I doubt you’ll have any issues if you bump 0.003”, that is more than I size anything but the cases that get fed to ARs.
