Brass Swap Thread

In the same spirit as the bullet swap thread, this is meant for small quantity swaps/trades/sales etc. I'm thinking primarily for mock ups, wildcat testing, dummy cartridges, etc. Not a classifieds for components, but a place to exchange small quantities for testing.
