Brass quality how important is it?

Working on getting a 223 for that very resason

223 is also a great cartridge to learn to reload on.

Use to load for my 300 WM with Norma and was at 7 firings before I got rid of the rifle. Not sure how many more firings were left on that brass but I thought that was decent life. I bought 400 pcs of new Norma 223. Plan on Fire forming with some cheap 55 gr stuff then work on the 77's.
