Are you sure you’re not talking about Lands End restaurant in Homer?

No sir. But I probably wouldn't mind visiting that restaurant either!
Yes, it "was" the "Road's End" restaurant. A quick search shows that it is permanently closed now. I'm not sure just how in the heck it stayed open as long as it did!
When the four of us drove up, we were the only one's there. People came out of the woodwork and there were probably 10 to 15 people there for the "dinner rush"!

Spent 3 days last week fishing Ketchikan with my sister and her husband and 2 cousins. We were on my boy’s boat and he always does an amazing job of putting us on the fish. He’s been guiding there for 10 years and has had his own business for the last 2. Good company, good food and good weather…can’t ask for more than that!

193 tuna yesterday. Absolutely awesome bite. Just eating breakfast now and the fish are boiling off the back of the boat.

The size is primarily in the 40-80 lbs range, with a 50+ average.

Looks like a decent bull dorado as well. Man, I wouldn't want to be the one to have to clean that boat!

Took the family out on a last minute boat rental in Prince William Sound a week ago to look for some rockfish and try to hunt down a ling.

No luck on the ling, but we caught a bunch of nice yelloweye. We couldn't get away from the yelloweye, even as shallow as 40'. Had to put back a few others this same size, and more just slightly smaller. Couldn't find a black bass to save our lives though, but it was a stunner of a day on the water.1000004622.jpg
