I have tried almost all of the ones above but my new favorite is Anchor Underwear. They are so soft but also have a three way fly so when you really gotta go you can whip it out faster than anything else I've come across.

I’ll throw out one that hasn’t been mentioned that I went to and that’s the Lululemon Rapid Vent Tech. Yes, the company that’s making all the yoga stuff your wives and girlfriends wear. The boxer briefs are amazing. No seems and a material they claim reduces odor. I’m usually a wool person for that like smartwool also but gave these a shot and that’s what I’m going to for the big backpack hunts.
