Bowstrings

New to shooting a compound bow. Used bow I bought needs new strings. Can you recommend between these.

1. ThreadZ
2. Catfish Customs
3. Buck Slayer

Adding JBK to the mix

Also if you have a recommendation on color I’m all for it!

I've only used catfish customs of those three but would definitely recommend. I like flo yellow and od green is a good combo

I just put a Vec99 set from Catfish Customs on my LiftX, zero complaints. I used CC strings on my Hoyt VTM last summer too and they were great there as well.

I use JBK but you'll be happy with any of the ones listed. I doubt anyone could tell the difference in quality and performance. Same with colors, look at photos and pick what you like not what others like

Any of the strings you listed are good. Buckslayer stopped making strings for a while but they were good before.

I put a set of JBKs on a bow today, they were spot on. Jeff is fantastic

JBK best out there Jeff is a stand up guy makes a dame good set of strings every bow I own will own and shoot will have JBk strings it’s mandatory at this point..

I have used Catfish strings on my last two string changes. No issues and plan to continue to use Catfish.

I’ve not used catfish but if I could not get JBk I’d get Catfish heard all good things about catfish strings
