I have one, got to take it for a test drive at the NW Mountain Challenge. It took a few times to get used to dis-engage and engage it. But after that it is like second nature. It keeps the bow very secure and my favorite part is hands free for binos, trekking poles etc. Would definitely recommend.

Do you have any pictures of this?

Thanks

how dose it work with a full size pack for 5+ day hunt. is the pack to big to get the bow on and off. the only vides they show are with pack empty or near empty.

Not sure if I could poke the holes in my pack. I cringe enough when I find a small wear spot lol. Keep the reviews coming though. I am anxious to hear about how it works with 4+ days worth of gear

Excellent product! Does exactly what is claimed, and I have my hands free for my trekking poles Can't say how it would work on a heavy pack, but given how it performs on my lumbar unit, I'd give it a try!

That looks cool. Might save a shit load of time compared to lashing and unlashing my bow to my pack. I think if it works as advertised then it maybe worth the weight penalty.

Still waiting on pics with the bowsnatcher on a full backpack with at least 3+ days of gear and food on it. Can't find any on their sight.

Wanted to revive this thread to see if anyone can provide any post season feedback. Has anyone tried one of these on a pack with a lid (versus the daypacks used in the vids)? How about on a loaded pack as Monosteel asked? It does seem like it will add weight to the top of the pack as well. Wondering if it could be used in conjunction with a Grab-It to distribute weight?

I love the idea of a quickdraw solution, allowing me to use both trekking poles when covering ground.
