Put in nock points and d-loop so my arrow at 90 degrees is center on berger hole.

When I baseline my arrow rest, I know I want to center shot it, but as far as the fall away portion of the rest should it just touch the arrow nocked at 90 degrees or what?

What kind of rest? Some will be slightly angled forward. Others will be straight up. A ripcord will position differently than say a limb driver.

Set up the rest and nock the best way you can figure, but know this step is just a rough alignment.
The next step, Paper Tuning, will help you fine tune your alignment with confidence.

Rest up in shooting / full draw position is starting point for all measurements. If it's limb driven - that means removing the cable. I prefer centershot as arrow running dead down the center of the limb bolts when viewed from above.
