Got a new Bowtech Carbon Zion. Had issues with it shooting a few inches left at 15 yards even with the sight fully adjusted to the left (Trophy Ridge, not the one that came with the bow). I tried a stiffer spine and so far that seems to have it in a good spot POI wise but I’m still fully adjusted left on the sight. Groups are very tight, and I’m aware of how to avoid your grip pulling left so I don’t think it is a form thing.

Because I’ve been tinkering so much with it, I’ve only got out to 40 yards with filed points. This weekend I plan to try 50-60 and broadheads.

Below are pics of paper tuning cuts as well as one trying to show how far left of the arrow the sight is set.

Does that sight alignment look crazy? Anything else I should check or test? I went back to the shop I bought it but honestly wasn’t very impressed with the service. May go to another shop but wanted to see if there is anything I can do first.

This might be a bow-torquing issue. When you’re at full draw, look at your cams and see if the bowstring is in line with the cams or coming off at an angle. Can be fixed by adjusting grip or forward hand pressure.

first, try arrows not missing vanes. not that I'm a fan of that rest but finding center shot is important. there is no set measurement for it, just move the rest and sight till its good. also, I'm gonna throw this out there, bowtech always had an issue with setting up bows and its very likely the cams are leaning incorrectly and it needs to be fixed. you can check cams with an arrow against the cam.

I wasn’t shooting that arrow lol. I just pulled one out to take a pic.

Will check the other things you mentioned.

Could draw length explain some of this potentially? I occasionally feel this one is just slightly longer than my old bow.

yes. you could potentially be torquing the bow or messing up your anchor point if your draw isnt right. wrong draw length can affect many things. really depends on your shooting exp.
sounds like you need to start from scratch. you say occasionally, so that makes me think the draws are not consistent. I would start with cam lean and timing as timing can make the wall less pronounced and cause inconsistent draw. then get your length correct for you, not just a set # that you used on another bow. after that you play with the rest and sight.
there's not a ton of adjustability in that bow but a good shop should know how to set it up correctly.
