Man after seeing @Reburn setup I had to go back through my phone and see if I still had pictures of the "liquor locker" I built in a guy's basement after it was full. 30x20 room in his basement, two walls were glass. Floor to ceiling racking on all 4 walls. Had several full sized barrels in there and it was packed.

The house im building now might end up close to that one. We are going through rough ins and he has asked if I can do him custom built ins in the garage to separate his bourbon, tequila, and scotch. We already added a 10x10 room for his wine and he thinks it's not going to be big enough.

Is that stuff pretty good? I was recently given a bottle of Eagle rare and another bottle of Elmer Lee or something by a friend.

I don’t know why he gave me those, I hardly drink so it’s sort of a waste to stack them on a cupboard so they can collect dust.

Eagle Rare is good stuff at retail pricing…I wouldn’t “collect” the standard 10-yr bottle. At retail, it’s cheap enough to drink every day.
