Last several bottles.
I might have posted this a couple pages ago but I cant remember.
Knob creek single barrel - from jim beam distillery - very good for the price. I am always pleased with 9 year old 120 proof knob creek. This bottle was at cask strength. Its new for knob to not proof down. I was very pleased with it.
Four Roses single barrel cask strenght OBSK reciepe - from four roses distillery - My favorite recipes from 4 roses are OBSK & OESK. Its amazing. Four roses is always solid.
Old forrester - from old forester distillery - Really solid rye. I was really happy with it. I dont care for old forester bourbon so I was a bit suprised. I crushed my 1/2 of that bottle.
Nashville barrel company rye - NDP (non distilling producer) juice is 95/5 rye from MGP. Its 11 year old rye. MGP knows how to make it. I always keep a couple bottle of MGP 95/5 in stock on my shelf. Its best when it is 10 years plus IMO
High west midwinters nights dram - High west is a distiller and a NDP. They mix their juice with MGP or canadian juice. I really like it. I have been fortunate enough to get one every year if I want it. I really like high west in general so there is that. They are one of the first to start finishing rye in port.
Found North Hell Diver first flight - Found North is a NDP but they age the barrels at their rickhouse and do the secondary finshing. I have neverr had a bad bottle of found north.
Bombergers - Michters distillery - Yearly release from michters. Its good. I like it. It can be hard to find,
They finish barrels. They are good at it. I have liked 90% of my barrel purchases. This one was great. I really like french oak finishing.
Old Fitzgerald - heaven hill distillery - I didnt love this. I didnt hate it. I drank 2 drinks neat and then mixed the rest of my half into coke zero. I like mixing wheaters into coke.
Beykes blue - NDP but sourced from green river distillery - It was amazing. I really like blue corn profile.
