Current favorite Friday pour.

Got one of those as a barrel pick from my local store. Damn good.

Seems like there is a similarity between bourbon and coolers. More specifically, some bourbon brands(even at MSRP) and Yeti coolers. That is, If you can’t afford it, you bash it. Guess it’s just human nature.

I've had most of theirs. They're good, gut unremarkable.

He tried it because his granddaughter is named Penelope. I was looking at the other ones they had but with what you said, I'm glad I grabbed the toasted.

Tonight has been Found North cask strength rye, EC barrel proof, and Woodford barrel proof. Some Whistlepig 12-yr, and Buffalo Trace as a mixer. I started at 4:00, this isn’t all tonight.

I've been pretty satisfied with the Penelope bottles I've sampled.
On a whim, I bought their wheated bottling. Pretty darn smooth and tasty.
Just bought the Woodford wheated and liking that, too.
It seems I prefer wheated over high rye.

Oh. I've been satisfied with all of them.

Just most don't wow me.

Occasionally I want a rye, but generally prefer wheated as well.
