Bourbon

You may not be a wheater fan. I have had many and some of the "best" ones. I have generally learned to pass on wheats. I also dont love high rye bourbons (30%) rye in a corn mashbill. I love corn, I love high ryes 95/5. I dont like them mixed. AKA remus special reserve. Start tracking mashbills and you will get ahead sooner.
I came back around to this Whistlepig wheater tonight and actually really enjoyed it. I’m starting to wonder if I need to open bottles up and let them sit for a week before I try them. And apparently neat at room temp is the only way to drink them.

The WJ Decadence didn’t get any better though.

I might be a high rye fan…I like every variety of Bulleit that I’ve tried anyway.
