What size would you guys order based on these pics, 11.5 or 12?

I'd say 11.5. I just got a pair of tibets and I usually wear 10's, but my foot being 4 3/8" wide I went with the wide 10.5's and they just fit. I felt like their boots ran a little narrow and short.

I was thinking 11.5 until I showed the wife my pics and she said 12. Now I'm second guessing myself. I just checked some Columbia hiking boots I have and they are 11.5 and fit me fine.

My running shoes are an 11. I tried the Tibets in 11, 11.5, and 12. The 11.5 has been the perfect size for me, especially with a decent sock.

Well, I ordered 11.5 and 12 just to be on the safe side. I don't want to jeopardize a poor fit or a good sale. :) Customer service told me if the sale ended that I'd have to pay the difference if I did an exchange.

Excellent idea! I think you'll need a 12 or you'll sacrifice a toenail at some point.

So I received my boots and the 12s are the right length but they kill my feet. I had them laced pretty snug and they were putting pressure on the widest part of my foot. Loosened the laces and it seemed to help a little but still doesn't feel "right". When I measured my foot, it didn't call for a wide but I'm wondering if I should get it in wide? Or tough it out and try to break in? Once I take these off the carpet, I can't return them.

If you can get it in a slightly wider size, I'd do that. I have the Camino and the Tibet, and I put new balance insoles in both. The volume of the Tibet is greater, so I have to lace them tighter. But I don't think I'd want to "break them in" to a wider size. That would hurt more than I want

Only problem is Amazon doesn't have the Wide on sale. They have 2EE which would probably be too wide. Guess I'll just holds out for a deal to come along on the wide version someplace.

If you are set on Lowa Tibets and want a deal then get on shoebuys email list. Pretty soon you'll get a 25 % off code. I think I paid $260 for the pair I tried.

I run a 12 in almost all other boot maker's sizing except for Lowa, where I have to get 13's (I've got three pair currently, all 13's). They tend to run narrow and short in my experience. My foot width runs between a D and an E but I usually get the D and break them in and they fit well in the end.
