I have a pair of Miendl Perfekt Hunters and this last week while walking in them I noticed they have started to squeak. What do you guys use to, for lack of a better term, soften the leather so they don't squeak?
Should I put on a waterproofing agent of some sore that will have a duel purpose of both waterproofing them and putting moisture back in the leather to rid them of the noise?

I second the Obenaufs i use it on my cabela's Meindl Alaskan hikers and its great stuff and a made in Idaho produuct.
