Ordinary soap and the cheapest washcloth, but I read an article on this site https://www.improvingeachday.com/reviews/best-loofah-for-men/, and it said that you need to use a loofah to wash your body. As far as I understand, this is a natural washcloth that cleanses the skin better and does not cause skin irritation. I think that soon I will learn more about this thing and order it on Amazon because I have a problem. My skin is constantly irritated by the washcloth. Therefore I want to find something natural that will not affect my skin.

I use one of those 4 in 1 body washes. I think its body wash, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner all in one.

Dr. Bronners FTW. It's a concentrate, I put some in an empty 5 hour energy bottle and take it camping and hunting and that PLENTY for a several days. 1 normal bottle lasts a long time at home.
