As mentioned above, deer/elk are dichromatic, meaning they only pick up on shades of blue and yellow (besides black/white/grey). Blue in particular though, they perceive anywhere from 20 to 1000x brighter/better than human vision (wow!). Therefore, blue should always be avoided if you are concerned with animals spotting things like fletching

The most visible arrow to my eyes has been: yellow wrap, orange vanes, green nock (lighted is obviously better).

I've not tried pink. They may be a good sub for orange vanes.

Flo Yellow has been best for me in my experience, though i could see some brighter lighting or foliage as challenges. i would suggest Flo Pink as second.

I’m going to be fletching up some new arrows soon. I don’t use lighted nocks so I’m always thinking about what color fletching is easiest to see both in flight and after the shot…
In doing some research I read that many people like some shade of blue???
Anyone use blue colored fletching? I’m not color blind and usually have no issues discerning colors… the blue kind of makes sense as it’s not a color found often in the woods.
( I was thinking about four fletching some q2i Fusion x-II in their Teal color…)
The neon/light blues are easy to see compared to the darker tones. But wouldn’t ever use blue fletching during hunting season. I mainly hunt whitetail and they can see the color blue 20X better then we can…
