FYI, the "BLEM" was all in the packaging on mine. Not a scratch on the actual quiver. Mounting screws were still in the box:

Got mine today. Looks like mine was just the box being damaged as well. However, mine was missing the second arrow gripper... guess I will email Midway first and go from there.
