Had a chance for the first outing with the jacket and pants last weekend on a two hour ride in North Idaho out looking for sheds. Odin is not fond of the Quad ride🤣.....have to say first impression is these are a very good buy at this price point. Sizes run true for my normal fit large in pretty much everything and both larges fit perfect. Bottoms were layered over one layer of standard pants and the jacket over two layers. Temps were in the low 20s so it was a brisk morning but I was snuggly. Hopefully Mother Nature will keep things in North Idaho on the cool side over the next month to thoroughly test...ask away with questions.

***Update 8/3/21*** Full Review Available Here.

Both look like nice pieces especially for the price. Does the hood have draw strings to adjust how big the opening is?

For down gear and lite down gear they feel as durable as they can be.....we have to remember these are for sitting and short movements not brush busting or hiking. I have a kuiu setup and it compares very well on exterior durability/fabric. Trusted hand model Gatorade bottle comparison For jacket.

I don't expect to be brush busting but if I am sitting on a knob glassing, there is usually some sort of wind blowing abs that is what I am concerned with. Otherwise they look good.

Did these peices seem to block the wind at all on the atv? Good way to test a 30mph wind. Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences and photos Ross.

“Weird”, please define, you’re leaving us hanging bro!

The shoulders of the jacket had a dress coat type cut and were big, but about the second or third baffle down it was tight.

The pants were tighter than I like in the legs and too loose in the waist.

I’ve got pieces that fit way better, so it’s no big loss for me.

Jumping in here. I’m running both the coat and the pants. I haven’t worn the pants in the field yet.
The coat has gotten some use but not enough to answer many performance questions yet.

I agree with the shoulders. They kind of look like shoulder pads in a dress coat. It’s marginal IMO. You can see it in the Turkey photos above.

Mine does not feel tight though.

My pants weren’t tight either. I’m curious to see if the crotch lets me step up high or if it’s an issue.

Wearing them both this weekend. I’ll be back with more thoughts.

For those who have already purchased them:

What size did you buy?
What is your height & weight?
How did they fit?

The pants stretch 2” and cinch down an extra 2”.
About 4” of “play”. So I ordered approx the same size as I would for regular jeans.

For the coat, I ordered the same as I would any other coat.

5’10”
44-46” chest
34-36” waist
212 lbs
