Black ovis/camofire going out of business?

Looking at a rebrand maybe? Odd way to rebrand, but alright I guess…

That Camo Fire Vault has been a thing for a while now. It's just a VIP program.

On another note. There was a post on Facebook with a now former employee saying yesterday was the last day of Camo Fire and Black Ovis being in business.

As for inventory. It's possible some other entity purchased all of the inventory, or the companies themselves offered to buy the products back at a lower cost than what they sold them to Camo Fire / Black Ovis for.

I'm guessing here, but this doesn't really look like a traditional buy out. It looks like a "we are closed forever. good bye."

It's also possible for inventory to be used as collateral to secure a loan or line of credit funding. It may not be their property to sell anymore.
That makes a lot of sense

A lot of the BO brand was manufactured overseas.

Name brand stuff on CF normally were items being discontinued or were surplus so the originating company sold it at discounted wholesale prices to clear their balance sheets.

I don't know why a company would buy back products they already sold at whatever price when they know they won't flip it because it's not in the marketing campaign budgets.

I use a ton of their merino products, wore the crap out of them and never had any issues. Glad I got my hands on a Mesa hoody just last week! It’ll be too bad if they’re all said and done. I really liked them as a company.

As more, and more people understand the ponzi point schemes, and realize they aren't getting a tag, they're going to drift off to something else.

The bubble will collapse at some point.
Man that would be sweet, but I don’t think it’s likely…

I know they had name brand stuff, but a lot of other branded gear was sold on BO too. Including ours at one point. I wasn’t really including CF in that as I knew the purpose of CF was to move slow sellers for companies.

If the hushin rumor is true you have to think it will be the most hunting bro, influencer sponsoring brand of all time

I’ll also never buy a thing from them
