I wanted to give a shoutout to Black Gold customer service. On a recent horseback hunt I learned riding with a bow is not easy. During my learning curve I busted the photochromatic fiber shroud. They shipped me replacement parts on their dime. I didn't even have a picture proving damage because I beat my bow home.

They’ve done similar twice for me. Even apologized for a couple hour delay returning my call because it had snowed nearly 2 feet overnight.

I have to use their great customer service after late season

I got a custom through s&s and then got a lift and had to put a dovetail on it to go on the lift so I could use their way overpriced accessories and long story short, I ended up turning my micro adjust sight into a non micro adjust sight

I am going to make it clear that I will not send them the sight unless they let me pay for the work, because it is nothing but a me problem, it was in no way the fault of the sight

I know they have great customer service, and they are my favorite sights to use. I will probably send 3 in and get a custom pin configuration on all of them.

They are a great company and their customer base is not easy to please and still hear almost nothing bad about them or their products

Their pins are great, and the sights are plenty strong, but not overbuilt and heavy for no reason
