Black Eagle Spartan nock choice

I've been shooting Spartans for a while and need new nocks for them. BE updated the R-nocks they originially came with and the new ones don't fit the same on my string. I'd like to avoid reserving if possible. The arrows have nock bushings that drop the ID .224 > .204. I don't mind dropping the bushing to go to .224 nocks. Are the bushings worth keeping? Any particular nocks I should look at? Anyone have experience with the new SPT nocks the spartans ship with now?

I have been using AAE IP 5 and Easton x nocks. I prefer the Aae over Easton nock

IP 5s, I think the newer version even comes with them. They used too use R nocks which honestly were just fine. For 204 nocks I always have IP and X nocks and use whichever give me a better serving fit. They are both good nocks.

I have been using the Bohning A nock in a BE Spartan bushing with good results.

I swapped a few of mine from the r nocks to x nocks. I was having issues with the r nocks cracking

You mean the new spartans come with those nocks? I think BE uses their own nocks or at the very least not the IP 5's.

Thanks for the recommendations gang, I'll check each one out. My biggest issue is that I've been ordering r-nocks from various places over the past year or so. The listing image usually of the old nocks but actual nocks sold are the new ones. I have 5 dozen of the new nocks now lol
