Bivy sack?

I just bought a TiGoat Raven for both my partner and I. Seems perfect for what I was after.

If your under a tarp or other shelter, I see no need for a bivy.

If your in a real wet environment or if your using a woobie style blanket with a Tarp. There could be a serious need for a bivy sack!

or you want a few extra degrees of comfort, or your in sideways rain, or the bugs are really bad, or ...

Or if you want something light in your hunting pack for an emergency bivy.

MO- I've never had any issue with water inside any of my Kifaru shelters. If you decide on a Paratipi, you will not need a bivy for anything other than unplanned nights away from the P-tipi. Even then I'd rather have my Supertarp.

I like to be on the safe side,and i heard the bivy extends the life of your bag
