Bitcoin

Somebody is risking an insane amount of money that BTC is gonna crash.

Link HERE.

No idea how current this story is thanks to YT shorts being useless in that department.

P.S. Comments say the person closed their position so never mind.

MSTY… along with many other folks, I am a little frustrated… but is this the time to pick up a sh*tload more? Not much of an investor here…any insight appreciated

Im a very heavy into MSTY. Its a tough call. If bitcoin starts its way to 180k plus, mstr will soar and msty will be great. If we keep doing what we are doing its pretty painful. Hoow has paid decent If your looking for income. And mstw could do well too. Msty pays weekly now also. Mstr would be the best bet right now tho if you believe in btc/mstr and just want the upside investment longterm. And in my opinion we are definitely going higher sooner than people think. Insane amount of banking, investment and nation state bitcoin news daily. Just lots of leverage in the bitcoin market keeping from going straight up like we want.

US debt crossed into $37T in Aug. we are about to cross into $38T. The US is adding $1T about every ten weeks. This is only going to accelerate.

Better get your hard assets while you can.

Does this recent 15% drop cause you any guys any concern? It does me in the fact that all of the news seems like it would cause BTC to go up with gold. I REALLY dont understand BTC. But I did invest some in IBIT and FBTC.

No concern at all. I consider any dip greater than 10% a buying opportunity. At 110k it is still up 60% in the last 12 months.

We don’t know if the cycle peaked with the current ATH or if there is another run left that will blow through it. If history repeats itself the cycle will end in this quarter. Then there are those who believe the 4 year cycle no longer applies. Nobody has a crystal ball, but I’m playing it as if the cycle ends soon…in terms of the ETF I hold. The BTC I hold is not for sale. If you are uncomfortable with a 15% drop, BTC is probably not for you.

help me understand why you would be in MSTR vs BTC is there more upside to one vs the other?

In the past MSTR has had higher returns than BTC but it is much more volatile. You need to be able to handle deep dips for long periods of time. MSTR is my largest holding in my IRA, followed by TSLA. My IRA is with Vanguard and they would not allow me to purchase BTC ETF's so I bought MSTR. I've been slowly moving over to Fidelity where I can buy BTC ETF's in my IRA and Roth IRA.

Can’t lie, I’m super grateful my brother dragged me into crypto back then even when I acted like I didn’t care 😂. Now I barely touch my bank app, everything’s through my wallet. Buying in 2021 was Easily one of the best moves I ever made. At this rate, early retirement’s already loading… me and my wife just chilling, no 9–5, just vibes and passive income
