WTB Bird launcher in Colorado

Does anybody have a bird launcher collecting dust? My gsp pup is ready for a live bird intro. I would be happy to rent it, if you’re planning on using it in the future, or of course buy it. I’d like a remote one but could probably make a manual one work as well. I’m north of Denver.

Found my DT on ebay new for around 250 bucks. Pigeon size launcher is most common. Pheasant sized ones go for more but if I was you Id just pick one up. My dog is 4 but I still use it and launch pigeons 4 or 5 times a year especially to get him ready for season come Sept. Or to get young/new shooters Introduced in a more controlled environment.

If u really don't want to drop the cash I'd just go get a cheap piece of garden fence from home improvement, cut it up and zip tie it together and make a 3 sides cage and tie a 20 ft paracord to it to turn them lose once he's on point. Just wear safety glasses if u use a cut off wheel. That was an expensive lesson.

I have a dt remote launcher you can have if you can wait. I livd in michigan but the wife and I are going to idaho springs the week before the 4th of July.
