Been looking, reading and looking some more.
I know there are many different options.
My question is, does anyone have experience/knowledge of the (Hatch Bipods).
Good, bad, waste of time or best there is.

I ordered one last week and it just came in the mail today! Taking a bit of a weight hit with it but I’m pumped to use it. It’s pretty sweet.

I have a Hatch bipod and used it on a cow elk hunt last year. Practiced some with it before the hunt. I like the way it attaches to the rifle via a picatinny rail (I also use an Atlas Bipod, so my guns already have a rail installed), and I like how adjustable it is. It is the most stable I have been able to find that I could use in a sitting position and also quickly switch to prone. I also really like the mechanism for extending the legs...it is definitately usable quickly with one hand. For more serious, long range shooting, I still prefer the Atlas. But for an all around, in the field, multiple shooting positions option, I like the Hatch.

I have one of the original prototypes and I think it is the best mountain hunting bipod made. I haven’t seen a better bipod than hatch I think if they did a better job marketing they would be on almost every rifle.

Idaho made too 😎😎

Those that have the hatch bipod, are you able to load the bipod? Similar to what you can do with the atlas, or is it more rigid?

Have you heard of the carbon Spartan Precision Equipment bipods? If you're looking for an ultra lightweight solution, check out one of the Javelin bipods. They are under 6 ounces and stow away in your pocket when you're not using them so you don't have the inconvenience of a bipod banging around on your shoulder.
