Ran upon this trying to figure out how to use a traditional stud and post adapter with my new Swaro EL Range 10x32’s. I think this is a great idea - in my situation specifically, there is no such thing as any solution for a stud. Not proprietary, or Outdoorsman’s only - nothing.
I like the Wiser Sparrow and lately the OG Bino Anchor, but missed the ability to level my binos when my tripod wasn’t perfectly level. I also ran into interference issues with the binos and ARCA clamps.
This is pretty cool. Bit expensive, but if you’re into Swaros, who really cares. They are model specific and place a 1/4-20 hole right in the same axis a factory one would be. It seems very sturdy and mine shown here weighs 0.8oz. Using a cheap stud and post here but grabbed another Tricer QB to use. Note on this model I moved the whole apparatus a bit further forward than you need to because of my narrow IPD and the bulge on one side of these binos to allow the post to fit through and be level.

Do you wonder why some of the best glass in the world doesn’t come equipped with features allowing for mounting on monopods or tripods? We do, too. And, like you, we know that any binocular, no matter how good, performs better from a stable platform. At Kestrel Glassing Systems we opted to...
