Bino Harness Reccommendations

You get what you pay for. The buckles are auto locking and will never bust on you, fully enclosed keeps your stuff clean, the yolk holds to your back and doesn’t sit on your neck like all the other ones, magnets are dependable and pretty quiet for magnets, webbing attachment means it’s super modular for accessories and holsters (not just theirs but other brands too), it just works.

I tried kuiu, AGC, and several other cheap china brands and I’ll never go back. The only thing that comes close is the Kuiu pro, but the buckles come loose and are thin and cheap and I could see them busting on a cold morning in the wrong situation. For $10 more I’ll take the marsupial over the kuiu any day.
Right now im between the no-mag and the magnet marsupial. Some people complain about magnet interference, but i can't imagine its that bad right? Just hold your phone or compass away from your body lol

It’s that bad in my experience. I’ve owned and sold 2 marsupial harnesses trying to make them work with multiple different phones. I store my phone in my left front pocket, long ways from my harness. I had to hold my phone at full arm’s length to get it to quit messing with my compass, and even then it would still mess with my reading periodically. It’s not a problem until you spend 2 hours walking in the dark in circles in the wrong direction trying to get to a new spot you’ve never been to. Yes, that has happened to me with the marsupial. So unfortunately it’s not necessarily as simple as “just hold it further away,” unless you’ve got super long arms.

Oddly enough my FHF FOB doesn’t have the same problem with its magnets, not sure why it’s so prevalent with the marsupials.

I’ve become a big fan of the Rick Young Outdoors lightweight version. Inexpensive and very effective and versatile.
