I've had two harnesses (kuiu and marsupial gear) and have had issues with condensation and fogging on my objective lenses as a result of sweat when the weather is warmer with the marsupial gear harness, but don't recall having the issue with the kuiu. Any one else experience this, and if you don't, what harness are you using?

So put bulter creek flip-ups on them and forget about dust or condensation......

That kind of defeats the purpose of having a bino harness, and makes it difficult to get the binos in and out without binding due to the caps, but thanks for the helpful idea.

anti fog wipes on the lenses?

Not sure what else can be done, if there's condensation from sweat during hot weather that must mean the binos are cool. If they're sitting in your sweat zone and everything is getting damp, then you might need a different pack and separates the binos from your chest better. The kuiu one is pretty lightweight and has almost no barrier to your chest, so I dunno

This stuff is only as hard as you make it..... Been doing this for years and I can't recall ONE time I had trouble getting them in, or out. But then some can't walk and chew gum at the same time, either....

I don't recall the KUIU harness having this problem, so it is strange that the marsupial gear harness, which is a littler heavier/beefier is the one I'm experiencing the issue with.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too.

From work and skiing, I know that stuff uvex anti fog wipes do work pretty good.

In my experience with scope caps they can cause fogging/condesation from keeping cool air in the pocket between the lens and cover in warm temps and warm air in cold temps.

I have the enclosed marsupial bino harness. I am also running into this issue where the sweat from my chest gets the harness wet on the inside. I've tried hiking with the harness open and it doesn't help. I never had this issue with my muley freak harness. Currently considering getting the new MF or a stone glacier harness.

I have had luck with just putting dryer sheets/tissue in the bottom of the marsupial and fog issues are no more.
