No, I use Vortex binos. I can’t say mine are loud removing and putting them in the harness.Do you use Swarovski binos? The rubber on my Swarovskis rub taking them in and out and it's loud. Marsupial told me it's only the swaros. Would of never bought one if I would of known that

Hello, new to Rokslide. I know this topic has been beat but ask by about bino harnesses. Been looking for one to replace my old Vortex Glasspak harness and the general consensus tends to be Marsupial. My question is If you had to pick one, Would it be magnetic or non magnetic? I’ve read magnets may cause issues with GPS but also heard the No-Mag can interfere with usage of the side pockets so wanted to ask opinions. Mostly used for Whitetail hunting in the Midwest but possibly used for Western hunting in the future.
I have the non mag and had to buy a smaller wind checker bottle to accommodate it from not catching.Well I got my first couple of hunts in with the harness, Compared to the old Vortex Glasspak I had I love this harness. Holds tight to the chest and doesn’t move around when I move. I’m running a pair of Diamondback HD 10x42 in a small size and have no problem with one hand operation. I will say that the lid does interfere with the wind checker, I can still get it out but I have to pull it out a little then up but it’s not loud doing so. It’s not a deal breaker for me since I may only use it a couple of times. But besides that I have no complaints, It’s opens and closes with one hand just fine and stays open and doesn’t fold back up, it also stays tight to the chest without being uncomfortable. Feel free to ask anymore questions, Hope this helped.

Do you mean striver? The website says magnetic? If you are not set on Marsupial, check out Strider Gear. I bought one to see and ended up liking it so much I bought another for my small binos too.
Great system and it’s non magnetic.
My "SMART" phone is a moron. Got that corrected. Yes, Striver. The magnets are on the attachments to the harness which are out of the way. They are what make it so you can quickly attach and remove the system while keeping the harness on. I added the phone pocket to the harness behind the bino pocket so It will stay with me if I drop everything else on a stock. This puts all magnets far away from any electronics. The attachments are some of the most well thought out I've seen. The RF and Bino lids open with a bungee which is very well constructed and they get out of the way well. TheDo you mean striver?
