That was actually a really great write up. You could probably ditto 90% of what you stated for Mountain Goat hunts as well. Pictures were CLASS. 50 pounds of H2O that's like 6 - 1 gallon containers, good sized backpack. Great idea on ditching them for the trip down to save the knees...unless I turn around and do it again.
