Big Agnes Pad Valves

Have a Q Core Ultra that is 5ish years old.
Been great until this summer.
The valves still hold air but have become ridiculously difficult to close and open. The smaller deflate in particular.
Has anyone experienced similar?
Any suggestions on how to solve?

mine went bad… same pad 10 yrs old.. BA gave me a $200 voucher

File a claim with Big Agnes. Just went thru the same thing and they gave me a $200 credit towards a replacement pad purchase.

I went through a 6 month process to get a new pad for a brand new defective one with BA- then sold it in the classifieds- good luck. I've seen nothing but poor quality products from them.
