I found out recently that BA is the US distributor for Helinox. Over the years I have lost all my feet to mud and they recently released their new ball feet. Perfect I thought, no more sinking in the ground. I didn't read much just ordered and in they came, received today actually. Went to fit them over lunch only to find they were way too big. Checked online and you have to have your original feet for them to work, crap!
Called BA to see if I could buy some feet and explained that I had lost the originals over the last few years to mud and that now my ball feet will not work. The lady I was talking with said that she didn't see they have replacement feet but took my info and was going to dig around for me. Within an hour she called back to let me know they found 4 new feet and that they would ship them out no charge!
Now I know this isn't a huge deal but I'm very impressed with BA as they didn't have to do this. wish more companies were this easy to work with even if you had to pay for a replacement part, I tried and they wouldn't let me.
