Best women's bow for under $500?

I haven't been in the market for a while so I'm not calibrated to the current decent bows on the market or pricing for them. My son is looking to buy his girlfriend a bow for her birthday. Most likely draw length would be roughly around 26" so should be plenty of options and not stuck with only women's bows. What's a good quality for this price range? I'm recommending to have her shoot them first obviously but I'm not sure if he will.

He said less than $500 not including arrows, release, etc. I think he's probably thinking $500 for bow, site, rest, quiver.

You should track down our oldest son’s ex girlfriend and buy her outfit - she was excited about archery and claimed to have shot in the past, but somehow had no joy with a nice bow and all the goodies. I think she just thought she’d like it, and had never shot before. There must be a lot of gals that get a full setup given to them and then just don't like it.

I'm not sure what they go for now, but I think I paid about $500 for my Mission package ten years ago. They're basically a cheapened Mathews.
