Best way to pull bullets?

Going to agree with HandgunHTR, seat the bullets a little more to break any seal, and then a RCBS collet puller. Been doing this, when necessary, for longer than I care to admit! Lol! I've had no problem reusing bullets after using this method. If you're deforming bullets with a collet, you're using way too much pressure! Using a kinetic, for the amount of ammo implied, isn't even an option to me. Unless of course, you like pounding away! Good luck!

I always had issues with a collet puller leaving a mark on the bullets when pulled.
Guess it depends on if your jsut trying to save the powder only I would use a collet. But if your trying to save the bullets also the collet kinda sucks. At least mine did

One thing I would recommend since you stated that these are “sealed” rounds. Even if they weren’t due to how long the have been loaded I would recommend this.

Run them all through your seating die after setting your seating stem to seat the bullets another 0.010”. That will break any seal or cold weld and make pulling the bullet much easier.
Good idea.. no. Great idea. . I have found the sealer useful Against water in my testing. The ones I tested were submerged in water for 7 days and they all fired and made the right velocity. Factory cartridges from Remington did not. It's a pain, but one less thing to worry about I guess. I get completely soaked a lot of times when I'm out hunting. That's what ruined my barrel. Saltwater.
Thanks for your suggestion.
