Heading west for bear season and meeting a buddy in Cheyenne, WY. From there I will be heading to MT.

Where can a guy leave a truck in town for that long? Walmart? Police station? Church? WKR's driveway?

What do you guys think?

See if you can get a good rate on a storage unit. Bonus is you can bring a freezer and plug it in and have it cold already when you get back. We leave vehicles in my boat storage on the coast all the time to keep the salt air away.

What day and time are you coming and day and time are you leaving? I have an option for you, but timing will matter.

Airport parking is what I have done a few times also. There are so many vehicles there, just make sure yours doesn’t stand out for some reason or leave stuff in plain view for people to see.

Arriving in Cheyenne around 11:00 on Saturday(June 1st), back in Cheyenne at some point the following Saturday. Hard to say exactly when we will be back that day.

10 4, the 1st is my son's birthday and I won't be around so that won't work.

Airport is fine, left my truck there several times while flying, no issues.

I think those lots are pretty bad for thefts…

OP, you might want to just call the local police and ask them?
This is Cheyenne, not some huge slum hole city. I wouldn't think twice about leaving a car at the airport here in Missoula.

But even when I lived in Louisiana I used to leave my car all the time at the long term lot in Nola with zero issues.
