I've been using the Katabatic quilt. I got a *22 flex quilt and ordered a wide. I also throw in a sea to summit thermolite reactor liner. It adds about *15 to the bag rating (I think that is a fair rating) and does help quite a bit.

I really like the concept of a quilt. Took a bit to get used to but now I like it alot. I'm a big fan of sleeping in my base layer. If it gets a bit cooler I will put on my puffy jacket because my arms are always trying to escape from the bag. If I had to do it over I would get the lower temp bag and eat the weight and price penalty. I also wouldn't get the flex. I still have a hole at the bottom and my feet do get a bit cold from the hole........I just insert a shirt or something.
