Speaking as a rotisserie sleeper, quilts are 100% the way to go. I made the switch a few years ago, starting with just Rumpl blankets for summer, but finally made the investment in a Thermarest down Vela 20 degree double-wide (for me and the dog when backpacking) and it's a game changer. Paired with a high R-value sleeping pad, it's more comfortable and dozy than my bed at home. On warmer nights, too, having the ability to stick your feet out is absolutely amazing.
Zenbivvy is a great option, but I don't think you need to go with that brand necessarily. Any quilt with a footbox should do you well to slip over the sleeping pad and stay in place.
