Best scope for Thermal clip on dual duty

So I like my clip one. And the tech has really come a long way. I live and hunt in places where I can go from day hunting to night hunting fairly easily. I’ve been running. Guide Tb650P 2.0 in front of a Steiner H6Xi 2-12x on my 6 creed and it works well. But I got to thinking about if the Steiner is the best choice. It’s been good so far but I’ve wondered what options out there would you consider. My only musts are it has to be in Mils, have a fairly low base power, be FFP, and have a reticle with enough data for holds but not to cluttered (which is my only complaint about the Steiner, the STR is too cluttered). I’ve thought about the Nightforce NX8 2.5-20 and the Element Theos 2-10. What other options are out there? Pic for clout and just to show what I’m working with.
