That might be worth working out just to have that when I am done!!! I usually use fat free milk and vanilla. If I am feeling crazy I throw that in the blender with a couple scoops of peanut butter and a banana

protizyme and dymatize both make really good flavored protein, my favorite flavor is peanut butter cookie from protizyme. I just mix it with water, no need to add anything extra, tastes great!

Makes for a very good fruit protein smoothy. There's no need for ice as the frozen fruit replicates it...

1 scoop vanilla musclemilk protein (i've tried other vanilla powders but like this one the best)
1 scoop fruit punch GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 (not needed, but i will use if i have it)
handfull of frozen fruit (I use mixed berries/"berry medley")
top it off with V8 Splash juice (amount depends on blender size and desired consistancy)

I came across one recently that was called snickers bar I will see if I can find it again

Made one for ya. Did it with stuff I had in the house so feel free to tweak it (once you get the idea for a recipe, it's so much easier to make it your own)

Snickers Bar :

1 cup almond milk (or reg milk)
1 cup ice
1Tbsp peanuts (optional, but I like peanuts and the "crunch" so I added a lot,
2Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp Carmel syrup
1scoop chocolate protein power
1/4 cup oats (for extra calories- if that's your goal)

(Per 1 of 2 servings)
Calories*- 530 kcal
protein*- 25g
Fat- 27g
Vitamin C 56%
Calcium 38%
Iron 22%

* these will be altered based off your ingredients and the cal/pro in your protein power

Choc Protien Powder, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and some frozen Raspberries.... toss in the blender... tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. That drink is addictive! :)

Here is one that I find that is tasty:

1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice
1 or 2 scoops of whey protein isolate(GNC)
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1 banana

mix in blender

add:
1/2 cup blue berries
3 large strawberries

Mix one more time!

A great smoothie! Enjoy!

Almond milk
Ice
Chocolate protein
Peanut butter

similar strategy here...
frozen banana
peanut butter
water
chocolate powder (or vanilla powder with a small handful of chocolate chips blended in).

if you like the taste of bananas, buy a bunch and let them get just a bit overripe, then peel them and freeze them. incredibly useful to have on hand for smoothies.

Vanilla Protein Powder

Sprinkle of Orange Gatorade Powder

Splash of Skim Milk

Fill with water. Quick simple and cheap/easy in a shaker bottle and surprisingly good.
