Best place to sell camera and lens?

I've used KEH, Fred Miranda, Photography on the Net, and DPreview. The best was probably Fred Miranda; there's a lot of activity on their cassifieds forum, so you'll get a lot of eyeballs. As a general rule, I have to think you'll have the best luck on a dedicated photography forum. I wouldn't trust Ebay or Fbook personally.

Does anyone know if there are some sites that are particularly good for selling vintage camera gear? Say a Leica M4 rangefinder with assorted lenses (Summicron, etc.).

I believe there's a fair bit of vintage stuff for sale on Fred Miranda and photography on the net, you could check there.
