Best place to buy a western mountaineering bag and a Hilleberg tent???

Looking at dropping some $$$ for sheep season, Id like to get a hilleberg tent and a western mountaineering bag.

Where would you buy these things from?

The only way you can truly make a down bag warmer is to increase loft. Adding more down is primarily to mitigate down shifting and to eliminate potential cold spots. This will give the sensation of being warmer. There's a reason the cold weather bags have the most loft.
