USGS online store is a good resource. You can download quad topo maps for free as PDF's then print them at home or have a local print shop do it for you.
National Geographic's Trail Illustrated maps are nice if you happen to be in an area their maps cover.
MyTopo rocks. You can shift the center of the map to your area so you're not stuck with the USGS quads.
Can get them printed on water-resistant paper and I believe there is an option to add hunt zone boundary.
