I’m looking to add a mid layer to my gear. Right now I’m leaning towards the kuiu superfleece 275 but I’m open to any suggestions from any brand. It will mainly be used for stationary hunting. Also, It would be beneficial if I could use this piece as an outer layer in warmer conditions. Here is what I currently own.

Wick hoody LG

Furnace qz MD

Furnaces long John MD

Sawtooth hybrid vest MD

Sawtooth hybrid jacket LG

Whitetail catalyst jacket LG

Catalyst soft shell pant MD

Sanctuary 2.0 bibs LG
Cabelas parka LG

If it’s mainly for stationary hunting, the strongfleece won’t really add a ton of warmth in my opinion. I love mine, but for me it’s really more of an active layer for going through some brushy stuff. Works great for earlier turkey seasons where you can get some decent cold fronts. For whitetail I really like my source jacket, which is great as an outer layer in October and fits under the sanctuary jacket in later seasons. The material is quiet too so it works great for bow season.

I have a Strong Fleece, and it's great for its wicking properties, but it would not be good for warm weather unless you run really cold. I prefer wool because it helps me regulate my body temperature better. I would look at FL Thermagrid.
