Best LR Spotting Scope For <$600

I've had great experience with Vortex and their warranty, but what do you recommend and why?

Athlon Ares G2 15-45.

Lot of punch for what it costs. Can also buy a reticle eyepiece later on.

Gen 1 Razor for the same reasons as above (used) and they can take Swarovski eyepieces.

Glass is better in the Ares.
