Best gloves

I wear pretty thin gloves - the warmer my body and arms are, the warmer the hands stay. The old saying, “If your hands are cold, put on a hat,” isn’t just an old wives tail.

Yeah, I wished that worked for me. Mittens, only thing that can keep my hands warm when its below zero, which is often up here.

Hestra. Heli pro for glassing at elevation in the winter. Wakayama all purpose cold weather. Gloves are not easy to make well. I trust Hestra because they only make gloves vs. 46 other categories of product. I trust them because they use numerical glove sizing, it’s not a t-shirt (s,m,l). The heli pros I currently have in service have 18 seasons on them. I just replaced the liners on them this year, they are now ready for another 1.5 decades.
